Sign Up or Log In:
- If you haven't already, sign up for an account on Turiyaforms or log in if you already have an account.
Create a New Survey:
- Look for a "Create Survey" button to start the survey creation process.
Choose your tool:
- Choose AI Generator or Manual Creation or Upload a PDF
Choose Survey Type:

Set Survey Title and Description:
